We're hiring · Studio Manager

Run the studio behind the work

Studioverse turns a single brief into a studio's worth of on-brand video, and we are growing the team that keeps that production running. This is an operations role with real ownership: your crew, your schedule, your quality bar.

What you will do

  • Run day to day production: scheduling, crew, equipment, and delivery dates
  • Own client relationships from brief through to the final cut
  • Hire, onboard, and keep a distributed creative team performing
  • Build the systems that keep quality consistent as volume grows

What we are looking for

  • A studio or production team you have actually run, with the numbers to show for it
  • Comfort with production tooling: Frame.io, Airtable, Asana, or similar
  • Calm judgement when a shoot slips and the delivery date does not
  • Someone who builds process, not someone who firefights forever

About Studioverse

Studioverse is an AI-powered video production platform for agencies and brands. We pair a global network of creators with automated production tooling to ship UGC, ads, and short-form content at a volume and speed a traditional agency can't match. The studio team is remote and international by design: you can do this job from anywhere with a reliable connection and a stake in the outcome.

Seven short stages plus a final review, about 15 minutes, and we reply within 7 days.
