Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 12, 2026
These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for creators and studios producing videos through StudioVerse. By uploading videos or files to the platform, you agree to the following:
1. Uploading Internal Videos
When uploading internal videos, please ensure they're uploaded to the director's studio who requested or ordered the video. You can also upload it to your own studio, but for payment verification, we'll only check the ordering director's studio.
2. StudioVerse Watermark & Branding
All internal videos must have the StudioVerse watermark or mention StudioVerse in some way, with the correct capitalization ("StudioVerse" with a capital S and V).
3. Bonuses for Internal & Client Videos
We no longer offer bonuses for internal or client videos. This policy change was implemented months ago.
4. Payment Currency
Internal video payments are made in CAD, while client payments can be in USD or CAD, depending on their preferred currency.
5. Uploading Videos & Files
Please upload all videos and files to the SV platform. We'll no longer accept uploads via chat.
6. Reporting Bugs
If you encounter any bugs during the process, don't hesitate to let us know immediately.
7. Internal Video Payment Based on Performance
For internal videos, payment will be based on the video's performance, specifically the number of views on YouTube. Please note that this policy is subject to change, and we'll notify you in advance if any changes occur.
8. Free Sample Policy
StudioVerse may offer free sample projects to prospective clients.
Studio Directors may assign free sample projects to their studios from the platform's order queue.
Artists may work on free sample projects assigned to their studio; however, payment for free sample work is not guaranteed.
Compensation for free sample projects is subject to the availability of approved revenue, budget allocation, or funding within the responsible studio. If no approved budget or funding is available, StudioVerse is not obligated to compensate artists for work completed on free sample projects.
Studio Directors are responsible for evaluating whether their studio has sufficient resources before assigning free sample projects to artists.
This policy is intended to encourage responsible use of free sample projects and ensure that such projects are assigned strategically by Studio Directors and Studio Managers.
