Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Studioverse account and the data associated with it. It applies to the Studioverse mobile application and to your account at https://studioverse.io.
How to request deletion
To request that your Studioverse account and its associated data be deleted, email us from the email address tied to your account:
- Send an email to info@studioverse.io with the subject line “Delete my account”.
- Send it from the email address associated with your Studioverse account so we can verify ownership.
- We will confirm your identity and process the deletion. You will receive a confirmation once it is complete.
What data is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your account profile, name, and email address
- Your workspaces and projects
- Videos and video versions you uploaded or created
- Comments and feedback you left on video versions
- Product analytics identifiers and stored push notification tokens tied to your account
What data is retained
We retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to do so. Billing and transaction records (such as invoices and payment history) are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted. We do not store your payment card details; payments are processed by Stripe.
Timeline
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Backups containing your data are purged on our regular backup rotation, so residual copies are removed shortly after.
